Is Nummiro available yet?

Not yet. Nummiro is still being built, so there is nothing to sign in to and no app to download. This website describes what we are making and lets you register interest. When there is something real to use, we will say so here first.

How will I get access?

There is no sign-up yet. The waitlist field on the home page is a placeholder while we finish building — nothing you type into it is sent, stored, or added to any list, and it does not reserve a place. You can read exactly what that means in theprivacy policy.

When the list actually opens, joining it will mean one email when there is something worth your time — no drip sequence and no launch countdown. Until then, the reliable way to hear from us is towrite to us directly.

Is Nummiro a bank or a financial adviser?

No. Nummiro is a personal finance tool for seeing and organising money you already have. It is not a bank, a broker, a payment service, an insurer, or a financial adviser, and it is not authorised or regulated as any of those. It does not hold, move, or take custody of anyone’s money.

Will Nummiro tell me what to do with my money?

No. Nummiro is designed to help you understand your own money — not to recommend what to buy, sell, or hold, and not to forecast returns. Nothing on this site, and nothing we intend to build, is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. If you need advice about your circumstances, please speak to a qualified professional who can take those circumstances into account.

How will you protect my financial data?

The product does not exist yet, so there is no account data for us to hold today. Rather than reassure you in general terms, here is how we intend to build: our intended approach is that connecting an account grants read access only, that data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and that we collect the minimum needed to do the job.

Those are commitments about how we build, not certifications we hold. We are not claiming any audit, badge, or “bank-level security” — when the product ships it will carry its own security documentation that you can check against what it actually does.

What does this website collect about me?

Almost nothing. This marketing site has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no cookies of its own, and no embedded third-party content — your browser makes no requests to anyone else while reading it. The only personal data involved at all is the technical request data our host handles in order to serve you the page. Theprivacy policy sets this out in full.

Are the figures and screens on the site real?

No. Every number, chart, account, transaction, goal, and interface screen on the site is illustrative sample data for a fictional household, drawn to communicate a design intention. None of it is a real person, a real balance, or a real outcome, and the finished product may look and behave differently.

I found a bug or a security issue

Please tell us. If something on this website is broken, or you have found a security weakness in it, emailsupport@nummiro.com with what you did and what happened, and we will look into it.

If it is a security issue, please give us a chance to fix it before posting it publicly — a quiet report is the responsible path and gives everyone the best outcome.

I hit an accessibility barrier

This site aims to be usable with a keyboard, with a screen reader, and with reduced-motion settings, and to meet WCAG AA contrast for text. If you hit a barrier anywhere on it, emailsupport@nummiro.com and tell us what got in your way — that is the fastest route to getting it fixed.

How do I reach a person?

Email support@nummiro.com. A person reads what comes in. There is no phone line or live chat: for a product that has not launched, a shared inbox is the honest amount of support to offer, and it means your message reaches the people building Nummiro rather than a queue.
